What's New?
JULY 14, 2023 - Next Saturday we open my second KC Fringe show! So excited to finally share this story with audiences again! I’m also excited to see what comes next for me. Cyclopedic Ensemble is looking to expand and do more shows outside of Fringe, and I am looking forward to seeing what direction they take the company in.
JUNE 13, 2023 - I'm back, and I'm excited to announce that I've been in rehearsals for another show Cyclopedic Ensemble will be taking to Kansas City Fringe Festival next month! I'm reprising the role of Wilbur in NAKED MOLE RAT GETS DRESSD: THE ROCK EXPERIENCE, which is a role I played back in 2019 at State Fair Community College. We started rehearsals a few weeks ago, and it's been going well so far. I'm surprised at how quickly everything is coming back to me! I've also been creating weekly videos for the company's social media accounts. It's been a blast, and I can't wait for audiences to see this show!
MARCH 20, 2023 - It's been a few months since I've updated my site. Probably wouldn't hurt to start checking in more often, even when nothing's happening. The last time I made an update here, I hadn't graduated college yet. Well, I just received my diploma in the mail the other day, so it's official: I didn't fail! Life's been pretty uneventful in the few months since graduation, though. I haven't actually done any theatre since November, and it's been incredibly boring. I did, however, submit an audition tape for a concert (or cabaret, I guess) at 54 Below in NYC that I actually feel good about. I also plan to work with a theatre company that I worked with last summer for KC Fringe as a "Content Creator" (and hopefully an actor again), so I should be getting back onstage soon!
NOVEMBER 26, 2022 - I recently closed my final college theatre production, The Prom! Two weeks from today, I'll be graduating with my BFA in Musical Theatre from the University of Central Missouri! When I was a scared freshman starting out at a small community college, I didn't think I would last a semester, let alone 4.5 years, so it's wild to me that I can finally say that my college journey is coming to a close.
